作为一种文化构想物,女神形象在每个历史时期的塑造都是特定社会状况与民众文化心理的反映,负载着形塑者自身的情感欲求与思想观念。在传统社会,女神一词主要指神话中的女性神灵,到了现代社会,伴随着大众文化、消费文化浪潮的兴起,一些兼具美貌与气质的“普通”女子被推上了神坛,女神形象发生了神格断裂,经历了由圣而俗的历史剧变,并在资本、大众传媒与父权力量的合谋下异化为规训现代女性的中介力量,成为了女性自我形塑的参照指标。
