SIRS组hs-CRP为(7.85±1.95)mg/L、免疫球蛋白(Ig)G为(14.26±3.19)g/L、Ig M为(1.95±0.52)g/L显著高于非SIRS组的(5.02±1.23)mg/L、(11.08±2.82)g/L、(1.77±0.47)g/L,SIRS组的C3为(50.53±10.34)%、C4为(26.84±4.92)%、Ig A为(1.10±0.21)g/L明显低于非SIRS组的(59.42±11.48)%、(32.14±5.87)%、(1.18±0.23)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Objective To study the clinical value of immune function and hs-CRP test in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP). Methods 125 children with MPP were divided into SIRS group (55 cases) and non-SIRS group (70 cases) according to whether they had SIRS. In the same period, 50 healthy children participating in the physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group, and the immune function test and hs-CRP test were performed respectively to compare the test results of the children in each group. Results There were significant differences in the detection indexes between healthy children and MPP children (P <0.05). The level of hs-CRP was (7.85 ± 1.95) mg / L in SIRS group, (14.26 ± 3.19) g / L in immunoglobulin G and (1.95 ± 0.52) g / L in IgY group were significantly higher than those in non-SIRS group (5.02 ± 1.23) mg / L, (11.08 ± 2.82) g / L and (1.77 ± 0.47) g / L, respectively. The C3 of the SIRS group was (50.53 ± 10.34)% and that of the C4 group was (26.84 ± 4.92) (1.10 ± 0.21) g / L was significantly lower than that of non-SIRS group (59.42 ± 11.48)%, (32.14 ± 5.87)% and (1.18 ± 0.23) g / . Conclusion The humoral immunity and cellular immune abnormalities in MPP children are closely related to the progression of the disease in children. However, the detection of hs-CRP can reflect the prevalence of the disease in children. The immune function and hs-CRP Joint test can provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children.
