本文对白麻叶和红麻叶的水浸膏进行总黄酮、槲皮素、水溶性碳水化合物和氨基酸的含量测定,微量元素的测定,以及薄层层析等分析比较。分析结果表明两者的化学成分基本相同,微量元素亦相同。
In this paper, the contents of total flavonoids, quercetin, water-soluble carbohydrates and amino acids, trace element determination, and thin-layer chromatography were analyzed and compared for the water extracts of white and kenaf leaves. The analysis results show that the chemical composition of the two are basically the same, and the trace elements are also the same.
