为提高存储测试过程中的数据采集速率,增大存储容量,设计了一种基于FPGA的高速数据采集存储系统。该系统选用高性能FPGA作为控制核心,结合高速AD转换芯片和大容量FLASH存储器完成数据的采集与存储;对AD逻辑控制、缓存模块等关键技术进行了详细介绍。试验结果表明,该系统最高采样率可达1.7 MS/s,能够很好地实现数据采集与数据存储功能,运行效果良好。
In order to improve the data acquisition speed during storage test and increase the storage capacity, a high-speed FPGA-based data acquisition and storage system is designed. The system uses high-performance FPGA as the control core, combines high-speed AD conversion chip and large-capacity FLASH memory to complete the data acquisition and storage; the AD logic control, cache modules and other key technologies are described in detail. The experimental results show that the maximum sampling rate of the system can reach 1.7 MS / s, and the data acquisition and data storage function can be well implemented, and the operation effect is good.
