前言:20世纪末,发展心理学的研究视角逐渐从强调环境转到关注人的主观能动性对青少年发展的影响。而自我调节是主观能动性的主要形式,意向性自我调节作为自我调节的最高形式是指个体为了优化自我发展,积极的协调环境、资源和个人目标之间的关系的行动过程。大量的实证研究认为意向性自我调节能够预测青少年的积极发展。本文首先对意向性自我调节的含义进行界定,并在此基础上重点介绍了三种意向性自我调节的理论基础,并报告了意向性自我调节
Preface: At the end of the 20th century, the research perspective of developmental psychology gradually shifted from stressing the environment to focusing on the impact of subjective initiative on adolescent development. Self-regulation is the main form of subjective initiative. Intentional self-regulation as the highest form of self-regulation refers to the process of individual’s active coordination of environment, resources and personal goals in order to optimize self-development. A large number of empirical studies suggest that intentional self-regulation can predict the positive development of young people. This article first defines the meaning of intentional self-regulation, and on this basis, it mainly introduces the theoretical basis of three kinds of intentional self-regulation and reports on the self-regulation of intentionality
