以MnO2、TiO2为烧结助剂,研究了其不同用量和配比及烧结温度对8YSZ(8%Y2O3-ZrO2)烧结致密度和力学性能的影响。结果表明:加入MnO2和(或)TiO2均有利于8YSZ的烧结致密化,MnO2的助烧结作用明显强于TiO2;MnO2和(或)TiO2在1 300℃的烧结温度下进入ZrO2晶格中,其添加可提高8YSZ烧结体的硬度、抗弯强度、断裂韧性和四方相含量;8YSZ的致密度和力学性能均随烧结温度的提高而提高;当TiO2添加量由0增加到3%及MnO2添加量由3%减少到0时,8YSZ的致密度、维氏硬度和抗弯强度均逐渐降低。
