针对高精度焊接条件下焊缝成形质量控制,设计了以80C51单片机为核心的可实现焊接过程中送丝速度反馈调节和高度稳定的全闭环控制系统。该系统结构简单、控制精度高、动态响应快,已成功应用于激光填丝薄板对接焊[1,2]。
Aiming at the quality control of the welding seam under the condition of high precision welding, a full closed-loop control system is designed which can feed wire speed feedback regulation and high stability with 80C51 single-chip microcomputer as its core. The system has the advantages of simple structure, high control precision and fast dynamic response, and has been successfully applied to butt welding of laser-filled thin plates [1,2].
