后尿道损伤在泌尿系统损伤中最为常见,大多由骨盆骨折引起。尽管对于后尿道损伤的早期治疗方法及结果存在着争论,但尿道会师术作为及时、有效的早期处理手段是肯定的。我院自2000年1月至2007年1月收治后尿道损伤18例,均采用简化的尿道会师加牵引术治疗,取得了满意效果,报告如下 Posterior urethral injury in the urinary tract injury is the most common, mostly caused by pelvic fractures.
