自“东方红一号”卫星发射45年来,作为我国各类航天器系统级总装与专业测试、环境试验与可靠性研究代表性单位的北京卫星环境工程研究所取得了快速发展。文章综述了该所的航天器总装技术和环境试验能力,重点介绍航天器总装技术与工艺、总装专业测试技术、真空热环境试验技术、空间光学及光学特殊试验技术、动力学环境试验技术以及磁环境试验技术近十年的发展概况,展望了未来的发展愿景。作为中国最早开展航天器环境试验技术研究的单位之一,北京卫星环境工程研究所正努力发展、提升各项专业技术,以打造国际一流的航天器总装集成与专业测试中心。
Since the launch of “Dongfanghong No.1” satellite for 45 years, Beijing Satellite Environmental Engineering Research Institute has made rapid development as a representative unit of system-level assembly and professional testing, environmental testing and reliability research of various types of spacecraft in China. The paper summarizes the spacecraft assembly technology and environmental testing capabilities, focusing on the spacecraft assembly technology and process, assembly professional testing technology, vacuum thermal environmental testing technology, space optical and optical special testing technology, dynamic environmental testing technology and magnetic Environmental testing technology development in recent years, prospects for the future development vision. As one of the earliest institutes to conduct research on spacecraft environmental testing technology in China, Beijing Satellite Environmental Engineering Institute is making great efforts to develop and enhance various specialized technologies to build a world-class spacecraft assembly and integration testing center.
