校本课程开发的推进很大程度上得益于教师的支持与参与。对于教师在校本课程开发实践中出现的困惑和问题,以教师知识为切入点,分析教师知识与教师课程参与行为之间的关系,得出教师个人知识结构影响教师课程参与程度,个人知识的“内隐”影响教师课程参与行为的结论。在此基础上,提出以教师知识为导向,促进教师参与课程开发的路径,包括课程开发知识的获取、课程开发知识的内化,教师知识的共享、课程开发知识的外化四个方面。
The promotion of school-based curriculum development is largely due to the support and participation of teachers. For teachers’ confusion and problems in the practice of school-based curriculum development, starting from the point of view of teacher’s knowledge, this paper analyzes the relationship between teacher’s knowledge and teacher’s curriculum participation behavior, and draws the conclusion that teacher’s personal knowledge structure affects teacher’s curriculum participation, personal knowledge “Implicit” affect the teacher’s curriculum participation behavior conclusion. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the path of teachers ’participation in curriculum development based on teacher knowledge, including the acquisition of curriculum development knowledge, the internalization of curriculum development knowledge, the sharing of teachers’ knowledge and the externalization of curriculum development knowledge.
