安徽省合肥市瑶海区初中数学网络研修团队借鉴全国其他地区网络研修活动模式,结合笔者所在区现有网络环境,摸索出一套行之有效的研修模式。1活动流程第一环节:理论学习阶段。学习与主题相关的理论知识,聆听与主题相关的专家讲座,或阅读与主题相关的书籍等。第二环节:实践探索阶段。(1)在QQ群共享一段(或几段)相关主题的视频或课堂实录,供大家下载浏览,并确定主持人,发布研修主题、研修时间、反思总结时间;
