本实验目的旨在现察茶色素对大鼠脑梗塞前后外周血超显微结构的影响,随机将体重的250克雌性 Wistar大鼠10只分成对照组和治疗组.麻醉后来用 Longa插线法制成可逆性大脑中动脉闭塞模型.结果显示:对照组:梗塞前外周血红细胞散在分布,形状规则,可见血小板少量聚集;梗塞后30分钟外周血红细胞聚集成缗钱状,且红细胞形状不规则,血小板呈大片状聚集;梗塞后2小时30分钟外周血红细胞缗钱状聚集更明显,形状规则,未见血小板聚集;梗塞后30分钟外周血红细胞聚集成缗钱状,形状规则,未见血小板聚集,梗塞后2小时30分钟外周血红细胞散在,形状规则,可见少量血小板聚集.以上结果表明,服用茶色素一周后大鼠外周血罕见血小板聚集,这进一步证实茶色素具有抑制血小板聚集的作用,且从结果显示茶色素不仅对正常大鼠有抑制血小板聚集的作用,对梗塞大鼠亦有部分抑制红细胞和血小板聚集的作用.
The aim of this experiment was to investigate the effect of tea pigments on the ultrastructure of peripheral blood before and after cerebral infarction in rats. Twenty female Wistar rats weighing 250 g were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. After anesthesia, a reversible middle cerebral artery occlusion model was made using the Longa method. The results showed that in the control group, red blood cells were scattered around the infarct before infarction, and the shape was regular. A small amount of platelets were seen to be aggregated; peripheral blood red blood cells aggregated into drool-like shape 30 minutes after infarction, and the shape of red blood cells was irregular, and platelets aggregated in large sheets; after infarction 2 hours and 30 minutes later, peripheral blood red blood cells showed more obvious lumps aggregation, and the shape was regular. No platelet aggregation was found. The peripheral blood red blood cells accumulated into a drooling shape 30 minutes after infarction, and the shape was regular. There was no platelet aggregation. The infarct was 2 hours and 30 minutes after the infarction. Red blood cells scattered, the shape of the rules, a small amount of platelet aggregation can be seen. The above results indicate that rare platelet aggregation of rat peripheral blood after taking tea pigment for one week further confirms that tea pigment can inhibit platelet aggregation, and it has been shown from the results that tea pigment not only inhibits platelet aggregation but also infarct size in normal rats. Rats also partially inhibit red blood cell and platelet aggregation.
