病毒性肝炎是影响我国军民身心健康的最常见传染病之一。流行率高、分布面广、危害严重。为了深入了解部队陆、海、空三军甲型肝炎的感染状况、免疫水平、分布特点和危害程度,制定我军病毒性肝炎的防治策略,提高部队指战员的健康水平。我们于1989年8～11月进行了部队陆、海、空三军不同人群甲型肝炎的血清流行病学调查.现将结果报告如下。
Viral hepatitis is one of the most common infectious diseases affecting the physical and mental health of our military and civilians. High prevalence, wide distribution, endanger serious. In order to gain a better understanding of the status of hepatitis A, the level of immunity, the distribution characteristics and the degree of harm of the hepatitis, troop, naval and naval forces in the armed forces, formulate prevention and cure strategies for our army’s viral hepatitis and improve the health of the troops and commanders and soldiers. In August-November 1989, we conducted a serological investigation of hepatitis A among different groups of troops from the armed forces of the land, sea and air forces.
