目的比较4%阿替卡因和2%利多卡因下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉的效果。方法对98例需拔除双侧下颌阻生第三磨牙的患者行下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉,在同一位患者两侧分别注射4%阿替卡因(试验组)和2%利多卡因(对照组)100 mg,并行高速涡轮机微创拔牙。比较两组麻醉显效时间、患者术中疼痛程度及患者血压和心率变化。结果试验组麻醉显效时间为(102.8±19.4)s,显著低于对照组[(229.0±58.7)s,P<0.05]。试验组疼痛视觉模拟量表评分虽低于对照组,但组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组麻醉时、翻瓣时、去骨时、缝合时患者的收缩压、舒张压和心率组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 4%阿替卡因可代替2%利多卡因行下牙槽神经阻滞麻醉。
Objective To compare the effects of lower alveolar nerve block anesthesia with 4% articaine and 2% lidocaine. Methods A total of 98 patients undergoing extraction of bilateral third molar with mandibular mandibular obstruction underwent alveolar nerve block anesthesia. Two patients on the same patient were injected with 4% articaine (experimental group) and 2% lidocaine Control group) 100 mg, parallel high-speed turbine minimally invasive extraction. The time of anesthesia, the degree of intraoperative pain and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate in both groups were compared. Results The effective time of anesthesia in the experimental group was (102.8 ± 19.4) s, which was significantly lower than that in the control group [(229.0 ± 58.7) s, P <0.05]. The pain visual analog scale score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups during anesthesia, flap flap, bone deboning and suturing (P> 0.05). Conclusion 4% articaine can replace 2% lidocaine for alveolar nerve block anesthesia.
