CF card is a large capacity portable data storage device, with small size, large capacity, low power consumption, read and write speed advantages, especially suitable for embedded storage devices. The structure of the CF interface controller kernel released by Altera Company and the hardware interface circuit of the CF card in the Nios II system are introduced in detail.
