目的:分析三级护理质控目标管理模式在ICU的应用价值。方法:温州医科大学附属第一医院于2015年1~6月实施三级护理质控目标管理,与2014年6~12月实施的常规管理进行比较。结果:ICU中急救物品、基础护理、特级护理、病区管理、专科护理的合格率均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:在ICU临床救治中实施三级护理质控目标管理,可有效提高护理人员的安全管理意识,提高护理服务质量,有助于形成高素质的护理队伍和规范化的管理模式。 Objective: To analyze the application value of three levels of quality control objectives management in ICU. Methods: The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University implemented the three-level nursing quality control target management from January to June 2015, and compared with the routine management implemented from June to December 2014. Results: The qualified rate of first aid, basic nursing, super care, ward management and specialist nursing care in ICU were significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of tertiary care quality control objectives in the clinical management of ICU can effectively improve the safety management awareness of nurses and improve the quality of nursing services, which helps to form a highly qualified nursing team and a standardized management model.
