紧急关断系统(ESD)是输气站场自动化系统的重要组成部分,其可靠性与设备自身、外部供电情况等因素有关。以近几年川气东送输气管道沿线站场ESD误触发事故为例,对川气东送管道沿线各输气站场ESD系统误触发事件进行整理、分析,得出ESD外部供电系统异常是ESD误触发的主要原因;从ESD系统上级供电、同级负载及下级负载等方面,对导致ESD系统误触发的设备因素、人为因素、设计因素进行分析,提出防范措施。将防范措施推广应用于川气东送各站场,验证了其能够明显提高ESD系统在应用过程中的可靠性。
Emergency shutdown system (ESD) is an important part of gas station automation system, and its reliability is related to the equipment itself and external power supply. Taking the case of erroneous triggering of ESD in the stations along the Sichuan-Gansu-East gas pipeline in recent years as an example, the accidental triggering of the ESD system at each gas station along the Sichuan-Beijing Gas Pipeline was collated and analyzed to find that the external ESD supply system was abnormal The main reason of ESD false triggering is to analyze the equipment factors, human factors and design factors which lead to the false triggering of ESD system from the upper system power supply, the same level load and the lower level load of ESD system, and put forward the preventive measures. The preventive measures were extended to all stations in Sichuan, Sichuan and Sichuan provinces and verified their reliability in the application of ESD system.
