首次研究了应用空心角锥棱镜的折叠腔免调试He-Ne激光器系统。根据矩阵光学理论分析了角锥棱镜的直角误差对其光路反射特性的影响,并应用于折叠腔免调试He-Ne激光器系统,定量给出了返回光线偏角误差与棱镜直角误差的线性关系,计算了免调试激光器系统中角锥棱镜直角误差的临界值。这一结果对控制折叠腔免调试激光器中的角锥棱镜加工误差具有指导意义。
For the first time, the folding cavity-free debugging He-Ne laser system using hollow pyramid prisms was studied. According to the theory of matrix optics, the influence of the right angle error of the pyramid prism on its optical path reflection properties is analyzed and applied to the folded cavity-free He-Ne laser system. The linear relationship between the return beam deflection angle and the prism right angle error is given. The critical value of the right angle error of the corner cube in the free debugging laser system is calculated. This result is instructive for controlling the machining errors of the pyramid prism in the fold-over cavity-free debugging laser.
