目的:研究彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的临床应用效果。方法:选择2015年6月至2016年4月广宁县中医院接诊的40例下肢深静脉血栓患者作为观察组,同期40例下肢无病患者为对照组。所有患者均给予彩色多普勒超声诊断方式进行检查。统计分析下肢深静脉血栓诊断符合率、血管内径、血流速度及血管异常特征。结果:40例下肢深静脉血栓患者中,超声诊断阳性39例,阴性1例,符合率为97.50%;观察组双侧股浅静脉(SFV)、股总静脉(CFV)以及腘静脉(POV)等血管内径均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管腔内血流速度明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血管内膜异常、瓣膜功能不全以及管内回声异常发生比例高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断技术能够直观、实时、准确的反映静脉血流动力学、血管病变情况以及管腔内部回声,对下肢深静脉血栓的形成、发展具有较高的临床诊断价值。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity (DVT). Methods: Forty cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis admitted to Guangning Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the observation group and 40 cases of lower extremity disease-free patients as the control group. All patients were given color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic methods to be checked. Statistical analysis of deep venous thrombosis diagnostic accuracy, vascular diameter, blood flow velocity and vascular abnormalities. Results: Among the 40 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, 39 were diagnosed by ultrasound and 1 was negative, the coincidence rate was 97.50%. The superficial venous superficial femoral vein (SFV), common femoral vein (CFV) and popliteal vein (POV) (P <0.05). The intraluminal blood flow velocity in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The intravascular volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group Membranous anomalies, valvular dysfunction, and the incidence of intracranial echocardiographic abnormalities were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Color Doppler ultrasound can directly and realistically reflect venous hemodynamics, vascular lesions and internal lumen echo accurately and has a high clinical diagnostic value in the formation and development of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
