探讨躯干力量训练对男子手枪运动员站立稳定性和持枪稳定性等身体稳定性的影响,可以进一步丰富男子手枪项目的体能训练方法体系。在查阅文献资料的基础上,以2014-2015年度国家队男子手枪运动员10人为实验对象,比较8周躯干力量训练对国家男子手枪运动员身体稳定性的训练效果,使用Footscanbalanee7.6平衡仪测试系统、SCATT激光测试系统进行测试。结果表明:8周躯干力量训练,国家男子手枪运动员闭眼站立时身体重心前后方向晃动距离和重心包罗面积减小、A值数据改善,持枪臂据枪瞄准时间B值变长,即躯干力量训练能够较好地改善男子手枪运动员的身体稳定性。
To explore the influence of trunk strength training on the stability of male pistol athletes such as standing stability and gun stability, and to further enrich the system of physical training methods for the men’s pistol project. On the basis of consulting the literature and materials, 10 men’s pistol athletes in 2014-2015 national team were used as experimental subjects to compare the training effect of 8-week trunk strength training on the physical stability of national men’s pistol athletes. By using Footscanbalanee7.6 balancer test system, SCATT laser test system for testing. The results showed that when the 8-week trunk strength was trained, the swaying distance and center of gravity of the body-center of gravity decreased when the national men’s pistol was closed with eyes closed. The value of A was improved. Training can better improve the physical stability of the men’s pistol athletes.
