目的:探讨16排螺旋CT泌尿系的三维重建技术。方法:在16排螺旋CT进行26例泌尿系的增强扫描时,增加一个延迟扫描系列,将采集的数据进行尿路的三维重建成像。逐例回顾观察,并分析成像的质量。结果:三维重建的影像立体感强,能反映尿路的全貌和解剖的走行方向。重建成像的质量与延迟扫描的时间关系密切,30min的成像满意率为92%,达到了较高的比例。结论:泌尿系螺旋CT三维重建(CTU)的清晰影像,能反映人体内部器官的真实解剖图形和肾功能的代谢,可以取代传统的静脉尿路造影(IVP)。
Objective: To investigate the three-dimensional reconstruction of 16-slice spiral CT urinary system. Methods: In a series of 26 urinary scans performed by 16-slice spiral CT, a series of delayed scans were added to collect the data for 3D reconstruction of the urinary tract. Case by case review, and analyze the quality of imaging. Results: Three-dimensional reconstruction of the strong sense of three-dimensional images can reflect the full picture of urinary tract and anatomical direction of travel. The quality of reconstructed images was closely related to the time of delayed scanning. The satisfaction rate of imaging in 30 minutes was 92%, reaching a higher proportion. CONCLUSION: The clear image of three-dimensional reconstruction of urinary spiral CT (CTU) can reflect the true anatomy of internal organs and the metabolism of renal function, which can replace the traditional intravenous urography (IVP).
