新鲜分离的大鼠游离肝细胞在医学上具有多方面的用途,如可用于动物的暴发性肝衰竭、中毒性及缺血性肝损害的治疗以及研究细胞的糖、类脂质、蛋白质及核酸代谢等,但用其作为CCl_4体外损伤模型来对一些保肝药物进行作用机理方面的研究,目前鲜见报道。我们用新鲜分离的大鼠肝细胞建立了CCl_4体外损伤模型,并观察了近年来治疗肝炎有较好疗效的丹参对该模型的作用,以探讨丹参对肝细胞是否具有直接保护作用。现将结果报告如下。1 材料1.1 动物:健康wistar大鼠,体重200—350g,雌雄兼用。由昆明医学院动物室提
Freshly isolated rat free hepatocytes have many uses in medicine, such as fulminant hepatic failure in animals, treatment of toxic and ischemic hepatic damage, and studies of cell sugars, lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids. Metabolism, etc., but its use as a model of CCl_4 in vitro injury to study the mechanism of action of some hepatoprotective drugs, is currently rarely reported.
