研究了钛合金等通道转角挤压中背压因素的影响。结果表明,随着背压增大,试样通过模具底部转角的外圆角逐渐减小,变形更加均匀,并且随着背压的增大,所需挤压载荷增大,对模具及挤压设备要求提高。温度场总体变化不大,在底部区域温度场较无背压时均匀。试样底部的最大等效应变也随着背压的增大而逐渐增加,但背压过大会造成等效应变分布不均。最大主应力随着背压的增大而减少,降低了试样表面的开裂倾向。
The influence of backpressure on channel corner extrusion of titanium alloy was studied.
