In 2002, the macro-control of real estate kicked off, followed by the State Council and its ministries issued a number of policy measures. In 2011, the regulation and control of real estate further escalated, and the General Office of the State Council promulgated the Circular on Further Adjusting the Control of the Real Estate Market (Guo Ban Fa [2011] No.1).
