动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种发病机制复杂的慢性疾病。AS斑块内巨噬细胞与AS发生发展的各个阶段密切相关,是AS重要的参与者及潜在的治疗靶标。近年来研究表明细胞的程序性死亡,如经典的细胞凋亡和最近发现的细胞焦亡、铁死亡等在许多疾病中影响着疾病的进展。现就AS斑块内巨噬细胞发生的凋亡、焦亡和铁死亡进行概述,探讨它们在AS发生发展中的作用以及尚待解决的问题,以期为AS的防治提供新的策略和靶点。“,”Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic disease with a complex pathogenesis. Macrophages in AS plaques are closely related to various stages of the development of AS which are important participants and potential therapeutic targets of AS. Recent studies have shown that programmed cell death, such as classical cell apoptosis and recently discovered cell scorch and iron death, affect the progression of many diseases. This paper summarized the apoptosis, pyroptosis and ferroptosis of macrophages in AS plaques, and discussed the problems to be solved, in order to provide new strategies and targets for the prevention and treatment of AS.
