总结了89例经桡动脉行肝动脉化疗栓塞术(Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)治疗原发性肝癌患者的护理体会,主要包括心理护理、饮食护理、穿刺部位的护理、体位的护理及术后并发症的护理等。认为完善术前准备,加强术后护理干预,重视健康宣教,并能早期观察、及时发现、妥善处理、有效预防并发症的发生,是疾病治疗过程中的重要保证和主要措施,具有重要的临床意义。
The nursing experiences of 89 patients with primary hepatic cancer undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) by radial artery were summarized, including psychological nursing, diet nursing, nursing at puncture site, body position nursing and postoperative complications Symptomatic care and so on. It is an important guarantee and main measure in the course of disease treatment that perfect perioperative preparation, postoperative nursing intervention, emphasis on health education, early observation, timely detection, proper treatment and effective prevention of complications are important clinical significance.
