基于诱导崩落基本理论,根据广西铜坑矿残矿资源的实际情况,提出了利用诱导崩落技术进行残矿回收的思路,并进行了工程实践。结果表明,在工程实践中,诱导崩落技术回收残矿资源具有采矿成本低、经济技术指标好的特点,其矿块生产能力可达1200 t/d,矿石贫化率可控制在12%~15%之间,损失率平均为15.4%,而且由于事先释放了地应力,消除了空区的潜在危害,采矿过程中生产安全性好。诱导崩落工程布置简单,爆破块度均匀,为今后残矿回采问题提供了一种可行的解决方法。
Based on the basic theory of induced caving, according to the actual situation of the residual resources in Tongkeng mine in Guangxi, the idea of utilizing the induced caving technology to recover the residual ore was put forward and the engineering practice was carried out. The results show that in project practice, the technology of inducing avalanche recovery of residual mineral resources has the characteristics of low mining cost and good economic and technical indicators. The production capacity of ore blocks can reach 1200 t / d and the ore dilution rate can be controlled at 12% ~ 15 %, The average loss rate is 15.4%, and because of the release of in-situ stress in advance, the potential hazard of the empty area is eliminated, and the production safety in the mining process is good. Induced caving project layout is simple, uniform blasting block, for the future recovery of residual ore provides a viable solution.
