Objective To study the baseline levels of vector organisms and rat-based diseases in Gulei peninsula of Zhangzhou and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of vector organisms and rodent diseases in the health administrative departments of Minhang District and the localities. Methods Artificial hours were used for mosquitoes; UV lamp was used to induce 蚊 蠓 after sunset; flies were trapped by trap catches; cockroaches were trapped by wide-mouth bottles; Tick, mites and rodents simultaneously. Results The survey found that mosquitoes 2 subfamilies 3 genera and 4 species, so that Culex pipiens pallens dominant mosquito species. Mosquitoes have two peaks throughout the year, from March to May and from November to December respectively. There are 5 families, 10 genera and 15 species in the genus Flies. The dominant flies are dominant flies, and the growth and decline curve is unimodal, reaching a peak in May and then decreasing gradually. 2 cocks and 2 genera and 5 species, with American cockroaches as the dominant species of cockroaches. There are 2 species, 3 genera and 5 species of rodents. Rattus norvegicus is the dominant species. The annual average density is 12.26%, with a peak in May and September respectively. Only a group of fleas were found in the fleas of rats, and 5 species of leather mites were found. Rat lung was detected positive for epidemic hemorrhagic fever antigen, the host was Rattus norvegicus. Conclusion The population structure and seasonal fluctuation of media organisms in the ancient peninsula of Zhangzhou were basically ascertained, providing scientific information for prevention and control of vector infectious diseases in the future.
