在光电化学电池中分别测定六种稀土金属酞菁配合物(MPc_2)在GaAs单晶电极上所形成n+n异质结的光伏效应(PVE),并研究不同介质电对和介质溶液的酸碱性对光伏效应的影响。结果表明:1)O_2/H_2O(KCl溶液)与I_2/是两种较好的介质电对;2)介质酸碱性的改变对稀土金属酞菁的光伏效应有较大的影响;3)六种稀土金属酞菁中LaPc_2、YPc_2与CePc_2具有较大的光伏效应。
The photovoltaic effect (PVE) of n + n heterojunction formed by six kinds of rare earth metal phthalocyanine complexes (MPc_2) on GaAs single crystal electrode was measured in photoelectrochemical cell. Impact on the photovoltaic effect. The results show that: (1) O_2 / H_2O (KCl solution) and I_2 / are the best medium pairs; (2) the change of acidity and basicity of the medium has a great effect on the photovoltaic effect of the rare earth metal phthalocyanine; (3) The rare earth metal phthalocyanine LaPc_2, YPc_2 and CePc_2 have a greater photovoltaic effect.
