从 A 试验中得出如下几点:1.种子精选后急速进行干燥,处理后的发芽率要比无处理高。2.冻结干燥处理,让种子接触-40℃约60分钟,与供试前发芽率比较,没有什么不良影响。3.有这样的一种倾向即种子含水率低,贮藏前发芽率也低。4.发芽率最高的种子其含水率是冻结干燥处理法约10%,硅胶干燥处理法约7%。与硅胶干燥处理法比较,冻结干燥处理法的发芽率要高些,约98%。从 B 试验中也得出如下几点:1.低含水率的种子进行冻结干燥处理,发芽率稍有所下降。2.高含水率的种子进行冻结干燥处理,变成低含水率然后贮藏,长达540天,也能维持贮藏前的高发芽率。3.种子着床后到发芽需要天数多,其发芽率就低。4.桑种子的长期贮藏低温条件好。
