By the China Institute of Geotechnical Engineering and underground engineering committee of Wuhan City Engineering Consulting Society jointly sponsored by the National Underground Engineering and Wuhan Metro Seminar cum underground engineering professional committee of the Third Committee set up on March 14, 1995 in the 16th Wuhan Hongshan held.
