1.关于白血病的骨髓移植工作部分到1982年12月止,32个移植小组为治疗白血病进行了487例骨髓移植,其中:急性粒细胞白血病(AML)229例;急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)192例;慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)66例。90%的病人接受的是HLA一致、MLC阳性的同胞兄弟姐妹的同种异基因骨髓。5%接受的同基因骨髓,另外5%接受了家族成员的单倍体相同的骨髓(HLA不相配)。同种骨髓移植的病人接受氨甲喋呤(60%)、环孢霉素A(25%)、OKT_3或ATG预防GVHD。全部病人中GVHD的发生率占61%;用不同方法诊断的GVHD无差别。轻度GVHD占22%,中度20%,重度18%。急性GVHD的

Leukemia Bone Marrow Transplantation Section As of December 1982, 32 transplant teams treated 487 bone marrow transplants for the treatment of leukemia, including 229 acute myeloid leukemia (AML), 192 acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) Cases; chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) 66 cases. Ninety percent of patients receive allogeneic bone marrow from siblings of HLA-identical, MLC-positive siblings. 5% of accepted isogenic bone marrow and the other 5% received haploid identical marrow (HLA mismatch) of family members. Methotrexate (60%), cyclosporine A (25%), OKT_3, or ATG are used to prevent GVHD in allogeneic bone marrow transplant patients.
