研究了AZ41镁合金牺牲阳极在20℃至80℃的硫酸钙-氢氧化镁饱和溶液中的电化学行为。结果表明,AZ41的工作电位,电流效率和腐蚀形态受温度的影响不显著。放电电流密度也不大影响电流效率,但增大电流密度使AZ41的电位正移,并且引起腐蚀形态的变化。在所研究的温度范围内,AZ41始终处于活化状态,没有发现钝化现象。它放电后表面的腐蚀产物为单一的Mg(OH)_2。这些结果可供该合金在较高温度条件下应用时作参考。
The electrochemical behavior of AZ41 magnesium alloy sacrificial anode in saturated solution of calcium sulfate-magnesium hydroxide at 20 ℃ to 80 ℃ was studied. The results show that the operating potential, current efficiency and corrosion morphology of AZ41 are not significantly affected by temperature. The discharge current density does not greatly affect the current efficiency, but increasing the current density causes the positive potential of AZ41 to shift and causes the change of corrosion morphology. In the temperature range studied, AZ41 was always activated and no deactivation was observed. It discharges the surface of the corrosion products as a single Mg (OH) _2. These results are for reference when the alloy is used at higher temperatures.
