清远市清城区2011~2013年蚊类密度监测结果分析

目的了解和掌握清远市清城区蚊类种群构成,分析不同环境蚊虫孳生变化趋势,为指导蚊虫防治提供科学依据。方法采用灯诱法开展监测,对蚊虫进行鉴定及计数,建立Excel数据库并进行统计分析。结果清城区蚊类种群构成为致倦库蚊、白纹伊蚊和中华按蚊,致倦库蚊为清城区蚊类优势种群,占捕蚊总数的98.72%;成蚊平均密度为12.64只/笼,不同环境中农村民房蚊类密度最高,其他依次是牛棚、公园、居民区和医院,密度分别为19.21只/笼、12.71只/笼、11.56只/笼、10.83只/笼和10.72只/笼;常年有蚊类活动,高峰期在每年5~10月份,蚊类密度有逐年增高的趋势。结论清城区应在每年5~10月加强灭蚊工作,重点在农村地区;建议开展布雷图指数和诱蚊诱卵指数监测工作,为登革热防控提供参考数据;建议政府加大灭蚊工作力度,遏制蚊类密度上升的趋势。 Objective To understand and master the mosquito population in Qingcheng District of Qingyuan City and analyze the trend of mosquito breeding in different environments so as to provide a scientific basis for guiding mosquito control. Methods Light trap method was used for monitoring, mosquitoes were identified and counted, the establishment of Excel database and statistical analysis. Results The mosquito populations in Qingcheng District were Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, Aedes albopictus and Anopheles sinensis, and Culex quinquefasciatus was the dominant mosquito species in Qingcheng district, accounting for 98.72% of the total number of mosquitoes. The average density of adult mosquitoes was 12.64 / The density of mosquitoes was highest in rural houses in different environments, followed by cattle sheds, parks, residential areas and hospitals with densities of 19.21 / cage, 12.71 / cage, 11.56 / cage, 10.83 / cage and 10.72 / Cage; perennial mosquito activity, the peak from 5 to October each year, mosquito density increased year by year trend. Conclusion Qingcheng District should step up its work on mosquito control from May to October each year, with a focus on rural areas. It is recommended that the Bretton and mosquito-ovulation index monitoring should be conducted to provide reference data for prevention and control of dengue fever. It is suggested that the government step up its efforts in anti-mosquito efforts , To curb the trend of mosquito density.
