高炉鼓风温度逐渐提高,如何合理利用高风温存在争论。有人提出通过鼓风加湿的方式,利用高炉内的高温让水与煤粉中的碳发生水煤气反应,将高风温的热能转化为化学能加以利用。也有人反对加湿鼓风的方式,理由是湿度的提高浪费了得之不易的高风温热能,因为高炉内氢气利用率只能达到30%-40%,造成能量浪费。本文分别计算了湿度以及单独喷吹大同烟煤,神华烟煤,宁夏无烟煤时,理论燃烧温度的变化,提出通过提高烟煤在喷吹煤粉中比例来消化无法利用的高风温,并通过富氧调节的方法稳定高炉生产,节约无烟煤,降低成本,提高能量利用率。
Blast furnace blast temperature gradually increased, how to rationalize the use of high temperature controversy. In this paper, the change of theoretical combustion temperature when the humidity and the anthracite of Datong bituminous coal, Shenhua bituminous coal and Ningxia bituminous coal were separately injected were calculated. It is proposed that the unburied high wind temperature can be digested by increasing the proportion of bituminous coal in the pulverized coal injection, The method of stable blast furnace production, saving anthracite, reduce costs and improve energy efficiency.
