目的对临床路径管理作用于医院内部管理的关键环节进行对比分析,探讨临床路径管理对医院内部管理的影响。方法通过文献分析法、专家咨询法确定调查问卷及关键指标,对无锡市某三级甲等综合性医院最早开展临床路径的20个科室进行调查,并对数据进行差异性分析。结果在确定的11个指标中,平均住院日、病床周转率、平均住院费用、计划与制度落实、信息化水平、整体护理水平、病历质量、药品费用等指标的分析结果有显著差异,具有统计学意义。结论临床路径管理主要在3个方面8个指标作用于医院内部管理,并对其改进及成长有积极影响。
Objective To compare and analyze the key links of clinical path management in hospital internal management and explore the influence of clinical path management on hospital internal management. Methods Through literature analysis, expert consultation to determine the questionnaire and key indicators, Wuxi City, a Class A general hospital first carried out clinical pathways of 20 departments were investigated and the data were analyzed. Results Among the 11 indicators identified, there were significant differences in the average length of hospital stay, hospital bed turnover rate, average hospitalization expenses, implementation of plans and systems, informatization level, overall nursing level, medical record quality and drug costs. Significance of learning. Conclusion Clinical path management is mainly responsible for the internal management of hospitals in three aspects and eight indicators, which have a positive impact on its improvement and growth.
