本文介结利用偶氮反应以光电比色法测定奴佛卡因、乙酰磺胺纳和磺胺。以硫酸8-羟基喹啉作为偶氮染料的第二个组成,因为用它可以得到颜色鲜明、易溶于水,而且十分稳定的偶氮化合物。试剂的浓度是:0.1 N 盐酸溶液,0.001 M 亚硝酸钠溶液,0.05%硫酸8-羟基喹啉溶液,和0.1 N 苛性钠溶液。重氮化和偶合作用在室温进行。反应所获得的偶氮化合物能稳定地保存很长的时间(磺胺—2小时,奴佛卡因和乙酰磺胺钠——一书夜以上)。本方法的准确度可达±5%。磺胺和乙酰璜胺鈉的測定子絨:於0.0,95磺胺溶液(0.02—0.0ml)或0.05%乙酰磺胺钠溶液(0.05—0.09 ml)中加入0.25 ml 盐酸和0.5 ml 亚硝酸钠溶液,摇动2分钟,加0.3 ml 硫酸8-羟基喹啉溶液,0.5 ml 苛性钠溶液,用水稀释至10 ml。
