大家都知道,收到来文必须要登记,然而这道工序却很少發挥效能,尤其是中等以上机关、企業、层层登记非常复杂。我們認为,除了应当減輕重复登記手續外,更重要的是要为催办工作創造条件。根据这个要求,我們采用了复写登記方法。經一年試行結果,証明了这种方法既經济又便利,尤其对催办工作更有莫大好处,真是一举兩得的事。現在特向大家介紹,供作参考。
As we all know, the receipt of the communication must be registered. However, this procedure is rarely effective. In particular, the registration of organs or enterprises above designated level or above is very complicated. In our view, apart from the need to reduce the duplicate registration procedures, it is even more important to create the conditions for the reminders. According to this requirement, we adopted the method of registration of duplicates. After a year of pilot results, this method proved to be both economical and convenient. In particular, it is a real benefit to the reminder that it is a double benefit. Now we introduce to you for reference.
