针对某煤矿老消防稳压泵系统供压不足引起消防电泵冲毁阀门的问题,介绍了基于AB PLC控制的变频器和Rotork电动调节阀门联合控压的系统设计,以及为了达到节能减排目的的“一拖二”系统的设计与实现。系统地阐述了“一拖二”系统的控制逻辑,设计了PLC控制的硬件接线图及相应的控制逻辑流程图,达到了有效防止系统误动和节能减排的目的。
