教学管理文化的构建包含教学管理观、教学管理制度文化、教学管理行为文化、教学设施和物理环境文化四个维度的理念及其实践支撑。首都师范大学附属小学在坚持“童心教育”办学理念的基础上,以这四个维度为主线,以“真·美”价值观为核心,对学校教学管理文化的理念与实践进行了深度的阐释,以促进教学双方及教学管理多方的文化互喻与对话交流,促进学校现代教学管理实现从制度到文化的补充和升华。
