精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(arginyl-glycyl-aspartic acid,RGD)模体是一类含有RGD序列的短肽,有环形和线性两类,可以竞争性结合整合素受体,阻止肿瘤细胞与细胞外基质的黏附,还可以直接诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,通过阻断整合素-斑点黏附激酶途径,抑制肿瘤细胞黏附、增殖、侵袭、转移。该类肽与整合素结合成为抗肿瘤药物设计的靶点。随着对其分子机制的深入研究,越来越多的含RGD模体的药物被运用于肿瘤的早期诊断和临床抗肿瘤的治疗。
