通过整体护理,本组24例造口结肠粘膜红润,无水肿,皮肤保持完好,未出现糜烂和溃疡。术后未出现造口出血,感染及狭窄,无腹部、会阴部切口感染发生。患者出院前患者及家属会处理造口及使用肛袋。患者能接受身体外观的改变,可自理造口,并能自行正确清洗、更换人工肛袋。
