以继电器为控制体系的皮带传输系统的安装、操作比较复杂,且容易出现故障,给后期维护工作带来困难。本文设计了基于PLC的皮带传输分级调速控制系统,采用基于美国AB公司的ControlLogix5555 Controller CPU作为控制芯片,采用自动、手动两种控制模式,并对系统的主要运行指标进行有效监控,并实现了皮带机的分级调速控制,显著增强了皮带传输系统的工作效率和可靠性,有效地降低企业故障成本,提高了企业经济效益。
Relay control system for the belt transmission system installation, the operation is more complicated, and prone to failure, post-maintenance work to bring difficulties.
