前言美国通用汽车公司试验场的噪音与振动实验室提出一种测量与噪音有密切关系的轮齿刚度的方法。汽车主减速器(图1)中的齿轮噪音差不多是一种纯音,在车速为80~96公里/时(50—60哩/小时)时最大。由于发动机噪音与其他噪音近年来已经减低,300~500周/秒的后桥齿轮噪音在现代汽车上就比其他噪音更为明显。后桥齿轮噪音不是一个新问题,自从在汽车传动系的最终减速中用齿轮代替皮带传动以来就产生了。
Foreword The Noise and Vibration Laboratory of the General Motors Test Facility in the United States proposed a method to measure the gear tooth stiffness that is closely related to the noise. The gear noise in a car’s final drive (Figure 1) is almost a pure tone, the largest at speeds of 80-96 km / h (50-60 mph). Since engine noise and other noises have been reduced in recent years, rear axle gear noise of 300 to 500 cycles per second is more pronounced in Hyundai than any other noise. Rear axle gear noise is not a new problem, and has been created since gear was replaced in the final reduction of the car’s driveline.
