目的探讨宫腔吸引管有效的清洗方法,提高清洗质量。方法以2015年7-8月使用后的宫腔吸引管240件为试验对象,分为对照组与试验组。对照组采用多酶超声波清洗机+全自动清洗消毒机清洗;试验组采用改进后的方法,手工刷洗+多酶超声波清洗机+高压水枪清洗。清洗后通过目测法、白通条检查法和ATP生物荧光检测法比较各组清洗及干燥效果。结果试验组清洗合格率和干燥效果均高于对照组。结论使用手工刷洗+多酶超声波清洗机+高压水枪清洗能有效提高宫腔吸引管的清洗质量。
Objective To investigate the effective method of cleaning the uterine suction tube and improve the quality of the cleaning. Methods From January to August 2015, 240 intrauterine tubes were used as experimental subjects and divided into control group and experimental group. The control group using multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine + automatic cleaning and disinfection machine cleaning; test group using an improved method, manual brushing + multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine + high pressure water gun cleaning. After cleaning, the cleaning and drying effects of each group were compared by visual inspection, white strip test and ATP bioluminescence detection. Results The cleaning rate and drying effect of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The use of manual brushing + multi-enzyme ultrasonic cleaning machine + high-pressure water cannons can effectively improve the quality of the uterine suction tube.
