通过试验表明 ,因空气预热器阻力大 ,致使锅炉在过低氧量下运行。试验所用 4种煤的结渣性能为中等 ,不会引起严重结渣 ,炉内结渣的主要原因是氧量太低 ,出现还原性气氛所致。锅炉飞灰可燃物高主要是炉内空气过剩系数低及煤中混有难燃煤种所致 ,对此给出简易判别方法
The test shows that due to the resistance of the air preheater, resulting in low oxygen boiler operation. The slagging performance of the four kinds of coal used in the experiment is medium, which will not cause serious slagging. The main reason for slagging in the furnace is that the oxygen content is too low and the reducing atmosphere appears. High boiler fly ash combustible material is mainly due to the low coefficient of excess air in the furnace and coal mixed with flammable coal due to this simple method of discrimination is given
