目的:建立复方益肝灵分散片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层层析法对五味子进行了定性鉴别,HPLC法测定样品中水飞蓟宾的含量。结果:五味子鉴别方法专属性强,水飞蓟宾在0.01～0.1mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.8%,RSD为2.12%。结论:本方法可有效地控制复方益肝灵分散片的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of compound Yiganling dispersible tablets. Methods: TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of Schisandra, HPLC determination of silybin in the sample content. Results: Schisandra identification method is specific and strong, silybin in 0.01 ~ 0.1mg / ml showed a good linear relationship, r = 0.9999, the average recovery was 98.8%, RSD was 2.12%. Conclusion: This method can effectively control the quality of the compound Yiganling dispersible tablets.
