21世纪以来,我国高职院校蓬勃发展,与之同步,校园中的大学生社团也迅猛发展,已经逐渐成为学生思想政治教育和技能实践活动的重要平台。社团成员活动时注重自身兴趣爱好,注重自身个性发展,不同专业的横向交流增多了,非正式群体活动频率也大幅增加,这就导致传统的党和共青团组织的集体活动机会相对减少,集体意识也相对减弱。因此,传统的“学院——系部——专业——班级——个人”的线性管理模式受到严重冲击,工作目标难以实现。这样,我们就必须建立一种新的管理机制,来和新形势相匹配,以弥补原有管理模式的不足。在高职院校中,党建工作全面覆盖大学生社团组织活动就是一个新的途径。
