Objective: To study the application of nurse soft skills nursing in pediatric infusion management. Methods: A total of 124 patients who underwent transfusion therapy in our pediatric department from January 2015 to April 2015 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital random method, with 62 patients in each group. Nursing staff in the control group did not mobilize, to take routine pediatric outpatient infusion process for infusion, the observation group was sent by the soft skills training of nursing staff from the skin test to the infusion of full service infusion, compared two families of patients on the soft skills of nurses Evaluation and patient satisfaction with care. Results: The evaluation of nurses’ soft skills in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The satisfaction degree of nursing group in the observation group was 98.39%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.48%, P < 0.05). Conclusion: Nurse soft skills nursing is extremely important for pediatric infusion management, which can significantly improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing and reduce the incidence of nurse-patient disputes. The results are good, safe and worthy of clinical recommendation.
