针对我国城市供水管网的特点和现状,提出一套适合国情的供水管网主动漏损控制方法与管理流程,包括DMA分区评估、区域漏水普查、漏水和爆管在线监测预警、漏损精确定位检测和压力控制管理等,对每种方法的适用性进行了阐述,同时说明主动漏损控制是一项复杂的系统工程,需要科学规范的管理流程作支撑,使供水企业逐步达到经济漏控水平的最终目标。
Aiming at the characteristics and status quo of urban water supply network in our country, this paper puts forward a set of control methods and management procedures for active leakage of water supply network suitable for national conditions, including DMA partition assessment, regional water leakage survey, on-line monitoring and early warning of water leakage and squibing, Detection and pressure control management, etc. The applicability of each method is described.
